Mon-Thursday, Flexible Fridays
We wanted to be radically different, and this was the first step. Fridays are typically off from client or internal calls unless it’s an onboardings, so you can make time for what matters most: your mental health and your family.
Flexible work environment
Want to work from home? In-office? No problem. You do you, as long as the work gets done on time and clients and coworkers stay happy. We have an office at Kiln, SLC (Gateway) and are in typically once a week on Tuesdays if you want to come in and can, but not required.
Stipend for Insurance & Technology
We cover up to a $500/month stipend for insurance (medical, dental, health share, etc.) up to you to use it! We will separately cover your intial WFH setup if you need it and typically a Macbook Air or Pro based on needs and workload.
Mandatory 14 days off
Guilt-free, shame-free PTO. We make sure you take at least two weeks, then you work with your manager on anything else you need. We’re all adults here and a small team, work is very visible, and if you get it covered you’re good to go.
